After a man discovered a TikTok live, he resigned from his job.
During a viral TikTok live, an employee of a company watched as his colleagues badmouthed him, and soon after, he decided to tender his resignation.
The man, came across the livestream while browsing TikTok, and saw that two of his female colleagues making derogatory comments about him, including criticizing his attire during his interview and mocking his educational qualifications.
"They said I should have worn a white shirt for the interview, but I wore a different color, he recounted. They also mentioned that I only have a Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) and made fun of it", said the unnamed man.
One of the women (married) also hinted that she preferred more attractive male colleagues. "We need a handsome, good-looking, and not arrogant person", she said.
The man was very disturbed by these comments, and decided to resign less than a month after joining the company. Before leaving, he reported the incident to management, in hopes action would be taken.
