Drake and 21 Savage are up for a huge loss over their "Vogue" album promo. The hip hop duo recently came under fire after depicting a mock-up cover of the fashion publication for their joint album Her Loss.
The gimmick apparently didn't sit well with Condé Nast, who has now stepped forward to claim their fair share of the game. Or shall we say, reclaim their rights? It's reported that the media firm is suing the duo for a whopping $4 MILLION in damages, citing trademark infringement.
A complaint filed on Monday reported that the mock-up was "built entirely on the use of the Vogue marks and the premise that Drake and 21 Savage would be featured on the cover of Vogue's next issue. All of this is false. And none of it has been authorized by Condé Nast."
