Just two days ago, Tony Pua was called in to provide a statement to the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) regarding his satirical Facebook posts about former Prime Minister Najib Razak. It appears he is facing a serious investigation under the Sedition Act 1948 and the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
Despite this, Tony cooperated fully with PDRM and emphasized that his posts were not seditious, stating that "upsetting Najib or UMNO isn't sedition." After leaving Bukit Aman, Tony spoke to the media, and photos of him quickly went viral, not only for his statements but also for his fashion choice.
Malaysians were intrigued by Tony's attire – decked in a white polo shirt adorned with cartoon dinosaur prints. This sparked excitement among netizens, many of whom expressed a desire to purchase the same shirt for themselves. Responding to the demand, Tony fulfilled the people's wishes by promoting the shirt in a separate post, providing details on where it could be purchased.
It turns out that buying two shirts would entitle customers to one free, with each shirt priced at RM235. Tony clarified that he bought the shirt from a friend who runs a startup selling high-quality sports polo shirts, adding, "Disclosure: I receive no commissions for this, okay?"
So, are you planning to get yourself one of these shirts too? If you are, you can get it HERE!
