It is beyond a doubt we all live for sitcoms. From classics like 'Friends' to recent favourites like 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine', it is no surprise that people love binging anything and everything, with top tier humor.
One of the favourites back in the day, was hit series 'How I Met Your Mother'. A story about one Ted Mosby, telling his kids a 9-season long story on how he met their mother.
Reminiscing the ups and downs of life, love and everything in between, the comedy series which starred Josh Radnor, Cobie Smulders, Neil Patrick Harris, Alyson Hannigan, and Jason Segel, quickly became a fan favourite.
After a 9-season run though, many were broken to see it come to an end. Fortunately, based on recent news, ordered by Hulu, a spinoff of the series 'How I Met Your Father' has been confirmed.
Cherry on top of the cake? Claiming the lead will be none other than our very own, Hilary Duff!
Taking to IG, Hilary Duff explained that the story will take audiences back to the year 2021, where Sophie and her close group of friends, will be in the midst of figuring out who they are, what they want out of life, and how to fall in love in the age of dating apps, as well as limitless options.
As of late, there has been no news on when shooting would begin, but it's safe to say we can't wait till it's binge-time!
