A colossal bone relic of T-Rex dubbed the TRX-293 TRINITY was recently auctioned in Switzerland for a whopping 5.5 Million Swiss francs!
The relic is comprised of THREE different T-Rexes, which were then merged to form a single composite skeleton. As the name suggests, it has 293 bones in total, although only half of the parts were of the original creatures'.
To make up the rest of the body, epoxy resin casts and plaster were used instead.
The piece stands at 3.9 metres in height, and nabbed the title as the very first complete T-Rex relic ever to be sold in Europe. It's believed to have been snapped up by a private collector.
