You could say Malaysians were 'Shik Shak Shok' when a fellow Malaysian posted on X today, that a SJKC here in Malaysia has a board showcasing some of the highest donations among parents and organisations.

Syafiqah (Original Poster) attended a kindergarten concert here at SJKC Chung Kwo, Jalan Loke Yew and was able to capture a photo of the board displayed outside the school's hall;
Though this may be unusual in itself to have portrayed, what was more astounding were the huge amounts donated by parents and organisations. With the highest value going up to RM2 million from one organisation alone, followed by another million, it is safe to say, school-goers are very much taken care of here.
Additionally, national-type schools (SJKC) here in Malaysia are given the status of "government-aided schools" as even though they are built on private lands, they are still funded partially by the government.
All in all, it is pretty amazing for what the teachers and parents are doing for students here in this school! Studying in a proper environment, with added benefits and activities is just as important for a child's upbringing.
