Many netizens compared the rise in prices to the price increase for diesel and the price decrease for eggs.
Many brought up the boycott, noting that no one goes to McDonald's anymore, while others said that they hardly notice a RM1-RM2 increase, let alone an increase in cents.
A few users even joked that if you ask for no egg, maybe the price would be lesser by 7 cents.
