An employee of a local restaurant in Kuala Lumpur was threatened with a chopper by a senior citizen, which was caught on tape. The incident happened at Jalan Kaskas 3, Taman Cheras, last Friday.
Cheras District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Idzam Jaafar said the incident happened at about 7 AM when the suspect aggressively confronted the victim in front of the restaurant and yelled death threats while holding a chopper— despite being surrounded by customers.
After a thorough investigation, it was discovered that the suspect acted in such a way after being reprimanded by the restaurant's employee for throwing waste at the restaurant area. As the suspect is renting a place above the restaurant, it is apparently a frequent occurrence.
