Are you subscribing unifi? Did you pay the bills on time? As a reward, you can pay lesser on your unifi bills when you paid your bills on time. Unifi rewards, formerly known as TM Rewards is a loyalty programme exclusively for unifi customers. You will earn one (1) point for every Ringgit spent when you pay your bills on time. The accumulated points can then be redeemable with exciting gifts.

How to enroll as unifi Rewards member?

Step 1: Sign up for a unifi account via unifi Official Online Store or myunifi app.

Step 2: Once you have your unifi account, login to unifi Self Care portal or sign in to myunifi on your mobile device.

Step 3: Head over to unifi Rewards menu. "Check" on the tick box for your consent to be a unifi Rewards member.

How to redeem your points?

Step 1: Log in to unifi Self Care portal or myunifi app.

Step 2: View your unifi Rewards summary on the "Rewards" menu and select on "Redeem Now".

Step 3: Browse the rewards catalogue & proceed to redeem with your points. Your redemption will be available to you immediately!

What you can do with your earned Rewards points?

1. Pay lesser amount on your unifi bill with redemption for rebates

2. Enjoy Videos on Demand (VOD) on Hyppflicks+

3. Care for others, redeem your points into monetary donation to non profit organisations

Now, I will show you about how to redeem your unifi points on unifi bills rebate:
1. After log in to unifi Self Care portal, click Redeem Now on right corner.

2. Click Redeem under unifi bill rebate.

3. Click unifi bill rebate.

4. Select your unifi account, then choose how much points you want to redeem (100 points=RM1). Tick I accept the terms and condition and then click Redeem.

5. Confirm your redemption. Then, you will receive a email from unifi Rewards regarding your redemption request.

Other than bill rebate, you can also turn your points into cash voucher, for example: Secret Recipe, Tealive, Grab food, Tesco, Shopee, etc.
