The presence of foreign beggars in Bukit Bintang is nothing new. That is until, a concerned local caught this act on camera, leaving viewers enraged.
The shocking sight took place at a mamak restaurant, which showed two foreigners playing loud music dubbed “Tarian Goyang Songkok”, as they passed by diners.
As soon as the “performance” ended, they then went from one table to another in hopes of making a quick buck.
The witness shared he felt even more irritated after seeing a few diners giving them money, calling the generosity as a way to “encourage” their act even more.
Their money-grab tactic, however, quickly came to a halt after authorities managed to swoop down on them.
