Recently, a viral social media post revealed an e-hailing driver was charging customers extra if they wanted the cars air conditioning turned on.
According to Malaysia Viral, the driver set a tiered pricing system: RM20 for the lowest air-conditioning setting, RM25 for medium, and RM30 for the highest.
Notably, the driver only activated the air conditioning for the front area, benefiting himself alone.
This left netizens shocked and puzzled, with many deeming the extra charges unreasonable.
Some even suggested filing a report with the e-hailing company, urging disciplinary measures against him.
