Brunei's Minister of Health, Dr. Mohd Isham Jaafar expressed his worry over the recovered patients being tested positive again.
The country has now detected 8 recovered patients being tested positive again for Covid-19.

“This means there are plenty of things to learn, therefore information-sharing between neighboring and regional countries is very important, ” said Dr. ISham.
He added that it is uncertain whether if the virus is still infectious during the 2nd time of infections.
He further explained on Monday (April 13), “there are ways of testing whether the virus is active or dead, but as the virus is lethal, it is not recommended to carry out those tests, even by the World Health Organisation (WHO), as this test would require the virus to be cultured.”
Brunei's health minister also announced that recovered patients will be required to get tested again on the 11th day after they are discharged.
