4. Tofu

Steps:
1. Peel the tomato and cut it into dices.
2. Cut tofu into dices.
3. Add cooking oil to a cooking pan.
4. Fry garlic and add diced tomato afterward.
5. Pour a bowl of water in it. Let it boil.
6. Add diced tofu, shrimps, and enoki mushrooms afterward.
