Getting up early is one of the crucial elements of self-discipline. By getting up early, you could start your daily activities faster and get more things done every day. Here are five good habits that you can adopt to get you up early!


1. Plan your timetable in advance

Time management is significant in building up self-discipline. Do you often get up late on weekends or holidays because there is nothing that must be done on the day? You may schedule your activities for the next day before going to bed. With a well-planned timetable, you will be more motivated to get up early in the morning.
