A drunk Malaysian driving a Proton Iswara car crashed into a security guard at the Sultan Abu Bakar Complex (KSAB) in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru yesterday. He was promptly arrested by the Singapore police whist trying to escape and to everyone's amusement, the arrest was caught on tape.
Johor police chief Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay said the hit and run incident was reported at 4 AM in the morning, and the 38-year-old security guard fortunately suffered only minor injuries despite the crash.

"The suspect tried to flee through the lorry export route after refusing to cooperate during the inspection carried out by the security forces." Datuk Ayob continued. "He was later detained by the Singapore police and will be handed over to the Royal Malaysian Police after the documentation process is completed,".
