The 31st Hanteo Music Awards happened, and so did a fan in the crowd pooping during the show?
Based on reports, a fan defecated in the crowded standing section pathway through the show.
The incident went viral on Twitter with many (idols included) noticing/complaining about the repulsive smell during the event.
Poop was also scattered around the area, on clothes, shoes as well as belongings of other fans there.
When the show was over, the person who [allegedly] did it released an apology on Twitter.
“Hello, I’m the person who pooped at the Hanteo Music Awards. After reading posts on Twitter, I realised that many people felt uncomfortable because of me. I’m so sorry for causing inconvenience and I will reflect on my mistake and the issue that happened earlier today. Once again, I’m sorry, and have a good day.”
Other reports have said that the confession may have been a fake.
No official statement has been made by the organisers of the awards at time of writing.
