There are many details that must be watched out for in order to achieve the best results!

1. Maintain the water temperature at about 40 degrees when you soak your feet. 

2. Don't soak your feet for too long, just about 30 minutes. 

3. Don't soak your feet when you are hungry! This is because foot soak will speed up fat burning, and there is a chance that you may experience dizziness when your blood sugar drops at that time!
