Despite this delicacy not being favored by the movie's cunning and manipulative villainess, Yzma, you don't have to go down the same route. Thanks to Disney's Emperor's New Groove, who would've thought we'd grow up liking veggies? If you've never liked spinach, now's the chance to give these greens your seal of approval!

What You'll Need:
- 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry
- Spinach, chopped
- Eggs, 2
- Feta cheese, 1/2 cup (crumbled)
- Olive oil, 1 tablespoon
- Onion, 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
- Garlic, 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
- Parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Steps:
1. In a bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, onion, garlic, parsley and crumbled feta. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. If you love a bit of heat, sprinkle in some chilli flakes.
2. In another bowl, beat one egg and add it into the spinach mixture. Another egg is for brushing your puff pastry.
3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares. Place a small amount of the spinach mixture onto each square.
4. Coat the edges of the squares with egg wash. Then, fold each of the squares into triangles.
5. Once folded, press the edges closed using a fork to prevent any mixture from seeping out.
6. You can opt to bake these either in the oven or air fryer, whichever you prefer. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they're golden, at 200°C.
Best served hot. Enjoy!
