Juicy, meaty and definitely cheesy; that's my definition of an ideal cheeseburger. A go-to late night snack, the cheeseburger is the epitome of comfort food. If you're bored of takeouts or not in the mood to spend money, why not make one (two or three, we don't judge) at home yourself using the ol' handy air fryer? With just three simple steps, you're on the way for a happy tummy.

What You'll Need (quantities based on your preference):
Minced beef
Minced garlic, 2 cloves
Black pepper
Salt
Soy sauce
Hamburger buns
Cheese (whichever you prefer)
Mayonnaise
1 tomato, thinly sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced
Lettuce
Steps:
1. Combine beef, garlic and soy sauce in a bowl. Shape the mixture into patties and season with salt and pepper. If you're a spicy food lover, add a dash of chilli powder for a fiery effect.
2. Set the air fryer to 180°C for around 10 minutes to cook the patties. Then, remove the patties and top with cheese slices.
3. Spread the buns with a generous whip of mayo and layer with patties, sliced tomatoes, onion and lettuce.
