Leftover rice is quite common in our households nowadays. How do you deal with it? And do you know that you can actually turn it into nice crackers? Here’s how !
Ingredients:
Leftover rice - 1 bowl
Potato flour
Garlic - 2 cloves
Coriander - 1 teaspoon
Sliced green onion (green parts only) - 1
Salt
Chicken cube
Directions:
1. Blend the rice, garlic and coriander until they become really fine
2. Add salt, sliced green onion and chicken cube. Then, stir in the potato flour little by little until the dough becomes firm.
3. Take some dough and press into stick shape (like keropok lekor)
4. Cook in boiling water until it floats
5. Cut into pieces and sun-dry to remove moisture
Whenever you feel like eating some crispy and crunchy crackers with enough deliciousness, just fry them.
