That's right, our PM - Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin is officially openly hiring for a youth advisor! KBS Malaysia, which is our Youth & Sports Ministry, made a post on their Facebook page looking for suitable candidates. According to them, the role of youth advisor is a government initiative to allow Malaysian youths to contribute in the shaping of policy and the making of governmental decisions.
The post also stated all the requirements needed from the candidates and the selection criteria for the position. What are they?
1. Malaysian citizen
2. Not over the age of 35
3. Never been declared bankrupt
4. No criminal record
5. Have at least a bachelor's degree
If you meet all these conditions, you may very well have the chance at the position! Of course, having had achievements in fields such as economics, health & social, science and technology, education, and so on as well as recognized leadership qualities might give you an advantage.
There are also 3 separate categories for candidacy: government department or agency candidacy, non-government organizations (NGO) or private institution candidacy, and of course individual candidacy.
