Sacrificing and enduring hardships for one's flesh and blood is a common aspect of family life. However, a woman expressed her frustration when her kindness to her elder brother was met with betrayal. She regretted being persuaded to hand over her car to her irresponsible brother. "When I was single, I owned a car, and my elder brother requested to use it for his teaching job," she recalled. He promised to cover the monthly instalments, and after their mother convinced her, she decided to lend him the car.
However, she soon encountered numerous problems, and it came to her attention that her brother had sold the car without her knowledge, despite her not signing any agreements for its sale. "Not long after, he bought a new car from a wealthy woman and claimed to have sold my car," she explained. When the bank came to repossess the car, her brother insisted it had been sold. "Then, I discovered the bank blacklisted my name because no payments were made during the time my brother used the car, as he had promised," she added.
Shocked and betrayed by her own brother's actions, she sought legal recourse for the injustice. "In the end, I had to clear my name with Bank Negara by settling a debt of RM10k, and my brother never admitted his wrongdoing," she lamented. With her frustrations in hand, she's wondering to file a lawsuit against him. Her post garnered significant attention, with many offering advice on potential legal actions she could take.
