A Thai woman was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Chulalongkorn Hospital in Bangkok after contracting the Coronavirus from her daughter, who failed to self-quarantine after returning from abroad.
Sin Chew Daily reported that the daughter did not quarantine herself as it did not occur to her that she would get sick. Unfortunately, when she finally isolated herself from her mother after showing symptoms, the mother was already infected.
The mother is now being warded to the ICU and needed breathing assistance.
