A 30-year-old man from Kampung Bunut Susu, Pasir Mas has been arrested for allegedly raping and murdering his 17-year-old sister-in-law in a brutal rape case.
# Victim's Post Mortem Reveals Brutal Details
The post-mortem result on the victim reveals that the cause of death was due to asphyxia. "Besides that, the results of the examination on the victim's body found that there were wounds on the face, neck, and new tears on the victim's genitals ." Kelantan Police Chief, Datuk Shafien Mamat said in a statement.
"There are scratch marks on the left shoulder of the back believed to be caused by nail scratches."
The suspect is currently remanded for seven days for further investigation and the case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
