Double parking is still a problem for drivers everywhere.
A recent viral video recorded a creative solution to this problem when a four-wheel drive (4WD) was obstructed by a double-parked Perodua Viva in Puchong.
The video, published in the Facebook group PUCHONG 蒲种人大小事, shows the 4WD driver honking for over half an hour in an attempt to find the Viva's owner.
After receiving no response, the driver decided to take matters into their own hands - literally.
In the video, the 4WD was seen reversing into the white Viva behind it, slowly forcing it backwards while carefully manoeuvring around the vehicle.
Even with the Viva pushed out of the way, the 4WD had a difficult time exiting the parking area; however, a young woman was seen assisting the driver.
Finally, the 4WD was able to move out of the double-parked position.
Netizens praised the 4WD owner for being "gentle" with the double-parked Viva, despite being in a tight place themselves.
"The four-wheel-drive owner was really kind. "If it had been someone else, they might have stepped on the gas," one netizen observed.
