1. 3D Virtual Walkthroughs:
Didian provides agents with a 3D walkthrough of most projects on the platform. Agents have been eagerly utilizing the 3D walkthroughs so that they can show a property without their clients at their side and still provide the level of service and information they need to make a confident decision about the homes they are viewing. Through a combination of Zoom + Didian’s 3D virtual walkthrough, agents were able to close almost RM1.2Billion in GDV leveraging on Didian’s platform.
2. Booking Appointments:
If a client is very keen on physically visiting the show units, Didian has partnered with Developers on its platform to ensure that visitors may continue to view the showroom whilst being socially distant. By allocating time slots, agents using the Didian platform are able to book specific time slots for a meeting with their clients at the show gallery, ensuring SOPs are adhered to and clients feel safe.
3. Free E-Booking Solutions for Developers and Agents:
Agents are able to book units and record sales via the Didian app with the live digital price chart, digital booking forms, and more! Furthermore, agents are able to be updated in real-time on the progress of every sale.
