Who isn't familiar with Doraemon's favorite snack, Dorayaki? This delicious treat is made of two slices of sweet fluffy pancakes, with red bean filling.
If you've ever dreamt of munching on some dorayaki as a kid, skip the trouble & make one with bread instead Here's the recipe to a Malaysia version with easy-to-make steps.
Ingredients:
- Bread slices
- Any choice of filling: chocolate spread /milk chocolate bar/red bean spread etc.
- Butter
- Condensed milk
How to make:
1. Lay two slices of bread on a plate.
2. Press on the bread slices to make two circular cutouts.
3. Add any of your favorite filling on top of the bread cutouts.
4. Put one cutout on top of the other & seal the edges with condensed milk.
5. In a pan, heat some butter under a low flame.
6. Fry your bread cutout until it turns into golden brown. Enjoy!
