Step aside folks, the Joker's coming in hot with a sequel! As teased by director Todd Phillips, the film has apparently attained a green light.
And with the leading star Joaquin Phoenix having read the supposed script, Phillips even unveiled its hyped title- Joker: Folie à Deux.
The first Joker revolved around Phoenix's titular character, Arthur Fleck's rise to madness. The moody genre became a massive hit with film enthusiasts worldwide, garnering a $1.07 BILLION dollar grossing- AND even nabbed Phoenix an Oscar award for Best Actor back in 2020.
