Sushi Tortilla Style
Have you tested the viral tortilla wrap recipe from TikTok? Put an Oriental twist with a nori / seaweed sheet & basic sushi ingredients.

Steps:
1- Lay a Nori sheet on a flat surface.
2- Make a slit from one edge to the middle of the sheet.
3- On the 1st quarter, spread some spicy mayo.
4- Fill the 2nd quarter with cold sushi rice, seasoned with sesame oil.
5- For the last two quarters, add any of your favourite fillings: salmon or tuna slices, carrot strips, egg, shrimp salad, smashed avocado, etc.
6- Fold one quarter onto the other until you end up with a rectangle sandwich. Bite in!

Sushi Pizza
Can't find yummy sushi pizza at Domino's or Pizza Hut? Just DIY with some easy steps. No oven needed!

Steps:
1- Cook 2 cups of sushi rice & refrigerate in a round pan for over 1 hour.
2- Fry the round-shaped rice in some vegetable oil until golden brown & crispy.
3- In a bowl, mix some tuna slices with mayo & hot chilli sauce.
4- Now, assemble your toppings in this order: rice crust > shredded crab filament > mashed avocado > tuna mix.
5- Top it off with lots of Furikake & eel sauce. Cut into slices & serve.

Shrimp Sushi Stacks
Turn regular sushi into mini sliders for your bento box. You'll get bigger, more filling portions with this recipe.

Steps:
1- In a bowl, mix 1 1/3 cups of cooked brown rice with 2 tbsp of rice vinegar.
2- Cut 230g of cooked shrimp into 1-inch cubes.
3- In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of diced cucumber with 1 tsp of chopped fresh chives.
4- In another bowl, combine 4 tsp of Japanese mayo & 1 tsp of hot chilli sauce.
5- Spray some olive oil into a dry measuring cup.
6- Layer 1/4 cup of cucumber, 2 tbsp of mashed avocado, 1/4 shrimp & 1/3 cup of rice. Make sure the layers are tightly packed.
7- Slowly turn the cup upside down on a plate. Lightly tap the bottom of the cup if needed.
8- In another bowl, combine 4 tsp of Japanese mayo & 1 tsp of hot chilli sauce. Drizzle on top.
9- Drizzle 1 tsp of soy sauce & sprinkle some Furikake / sesame seeds for extra flavour.

Sushi Bake
You'll never want to eat sushi raw anymore! Because this creamy baked sushi recipe will blow your mind away. Ideal for those with ovens.

Steps:
1- Spread 1 cup of cooked sushi rice in a baking pan.
2- In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp of rice vinegar, 1 tbsp of sugar & 1/2 tsp of salt.
3- Pour the mixture onto the rice.
4- In a bowl, shred 8 sticks of crab filament. Mix with 2 tbsp of Japanese mayo & sliced onions.
5- Season the rice with lots of Furikake.
6- Layer slices of avocado, cucumber, or salmon on top the rice.
7- Spread the crab mixture evenly & top it off with more mayo.
8- Bake at 375° for 15 - 20 mins.
9- Sprinkle more Furikake on top. Slice & serve!
Optional: Pair each slice with a Nori sheet for extra crunch.
