After the controversy over the RM150 pizza review, Jofliam posted to his Instagram Story to inform his followers that he will be competing in a pizza competition in Naples to represent Malaysia with honour.
He then provided some information on the tournament, which will take place on May 23 and will feature a team competition for pizzerias, associations, and franchising chains.
A technical jury will assess each team's members for the presentation, taste, cooking, and ingredient matching. Whereby, each team can have 3 to 5 pizza-makers (including a head team presenter who will present and explain the production method and characteristics of the pizza).
The tournament is free-themed and requires each team to make two pizzas in a maximum of 20 minutes.
With cash prizes and gifts from sponsors, the trophy is up for grabs for the top three teams.
That being said, he will begin taking orders for his Wagyu Pizza this week on Wednesday (April 5) before taking a break for Raya to improve his pizza-making abilities.
He will then proceed with the orders from the 29th-30th of April, the 6th-7th of May, and the 13th-14th of May.
As per usual, individuals who are interested in placing their orders must watch his Instagram Stories for further information.
