According to the Thai World Daily, the owner of a gold shop said in an interview that a woman from Chonburi took the gold worth 100,000 baht that she bought online to a gold shop for inspection. After the inspection machine, it was found that they were all fake. They were actually silver and copper, not gold. The woman was so scared that her face turned pale and she trembled all over. She lost more than 100,000 baht (about RM12k).
