I've been to Beijing for numerous times and I've tried on Peking Roast Duck and Hot Pot for many times and nevertheless it never disappoint me, leaving me feeling satisfied and craving for it whenever I'm back to me hometown. Besides Peking Roast Duck, there are several type of gourmet I wish to recommend if you visit Beijing and I hope you will like it too.
1. Siji Minfu Restaurant
And of course you must try their iconic Peking Roast Duck. Siji Minfu strikes balance between traditional techniques and mass appeal. The duck is served in the time-tested Beijing manner, sliced tableside by an an professional carver. Xiao Ga Zi Restaurant, served authentic Xinjiang cuisine. There was also live Xinjiang dance performance every half an hour during dinner. Advised to make reservation in advance.

3. Lu Yu Fashion Taste Fish Restaurant (炉鱼)
Their signature Grilled Fish steal the limelight, left you feeling satisfied.

They serves the most authentic German food in town - great sausages, grilled meat, oven roasted pork knuckle, fresh sauerkraut and more, as well as imported German beer.

Their signature dishes of cook coconut chicken in a hot pot for 20 minutes and served together with it's broth.
