Although Italy is in lockdown state, bringing your dog out for a walk is considered an acceptable reason for Italians to leave their home.
But...NOT TURTLE!
An old Italian woman has been fined 400 euros (approx. RM1,883.24) for taking her pizza-sized turtle out for a walk in the strict.

A spokesman for the Roman police, Nunzio Carbone said that the woman was fined because her reason for being on the street was "not a justifiable excuse".
The Roman police said, "the 60-year-old woman was caught outside her home without a justifiable reason."
"The woman was walking with a turtle," the police added
People in Italians were making jokes on social media about dogs renting for those who are getting crazy for staying in and need a good excuse to go out.
