A 36-year-old male teacher from a secondary school in Kuala Nerus, Terengganu was arrested shortly after he was suspected of molesting multiple male students from the same school.

One of the victim's fathers had come forward to lodge a police report, which led to the arrest of the suspect. According to sources, a few days ago the 16-year-old victim had contacted his father to inform him that the suspect had sexually assaulted him twice, on Thursday and Friday in his dormitory room at about 3 AM.
The victim claimed he was molested while asleep before waking up and finding out the suspect was right next to him, and a similar incident would happen multiple times more. The student finally decided to report the incident to his father as he was getting more traumatized.
Sources said that the victim claimed that he is not the only victim of the suspect's sexual harassment, but some of his roommates had also admitted that they had been sexually assaulted before as well. In total, ten more students have come forward as victims.
