#1 You make excuses for someone's bad behavior
Instead of acknowledging what they are doing wrong, you make excuses for them, try to justify their actions and blame yourself.
#2 You invalidate your feelings
You compare worser situations to yours, and constantly think that you're overreacting, even when you're just reacting.
#3 You constantly 'should' yourself
You don't allow yourself to feel what you're feeling and tell yourself 'I shouldn't be...'.
#4 You believe you're too sensitive
You think that what you're feeling is because you're being too sensitive.
#5 You don't trust your own judgement
Despite your intuition and gut-feelings, you do not trust yourself or your judgement.
