Yet according to current reports, she just received a temporary passport release from The Court of Appeal so she could visit her ill grandchild in Singapore.
Yesterday, the former PM's wife obtained a passport for travel between March 23 and May 6.
With a stringent requirement that she return by May 10, she will have a six-week temporary release and be able to celebrate Hari Raya with her family in Singapore.
Rosmah, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for corruption in connection with the solar hybrid project for rural schools in Sarawak, is currently awaiting her July 11 appeal hearing.
