Different Ways To Frame Procrastination Or 'I Did Nothing Today'

We often beat ourselves up when we don't do what we're supposed to do during the day. When to-do-lists are left incomplete or when we just spend the entire day procrastinating. 

However, you shouldn't beat yourself too much if you're not in the mood to do things. 

Here are a few ways how you can reframe or rename procrastination.

1. I rested

2. I listened to  my body

3. I prioritized my needs

4. I watched a tv show/movie that I loved

5. I took a mental health day

6. I allowed myself to recharge

7. I was kind to myself

8. I gave myself what I needed

There are other ways to look at not doing things, it's okay to take a break every once in awhile, and it is important to make sure that you're well rested before tackling the day.
