ICYMI: WATCH: Stolen Helicopter Crashes Into Roof Of Australia Hotel, Pilot Killed
According to Sinar Harian and Oriental Daily, a fire broke out in Kampung Tengah, Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia, burning down two wooden houses, but fortunately no casualties were reported.
However, the fact that no one was injured was thanks to the bravery of two teenagers, Amar Asyraf Kahirul Anuar, 15, and Zafran Qayyum, 13.
At the time of the incident, a 66-year-old man with limited mobility was staying in the wooden house. Unexpectedly, the electric meter in the house suddenly started to smoke and spray sparks!
Fortunately, Amar and Zafran, who were playing outside, noticed this and rushed into the house to rescue the old man and put him in a safe place.
During this period, the old man felt unwell - for this reason, Zafran ran to a nearby fried banana vendor for help, who then teamed up with the repair shop workers to call the Fire Department.
However, when he turned back to check the situation, the fire had become fierce and engulfed two wooden houses, including the one where the old man lived.
In response to this, the old mans sister expressed her gratitude to the two teenagers during an interview. Although she regretted that her hometown could not be saved, she was glad that her brother was safe.
"I don't know what caused the fire. I just remember thinking that my brother was the only one in the house when it happened because he couldn't walk, but fortunately someone helped him in time."
At the critical moment of life and death, the two teenagers' willingness to take risks to save others is really worthy of respect!
