ICYMI: Manny Pacquiao Joins Netflixs Physical: Asia
Netflix has shared a brand-new set photo showcasing the cast of One Piece to celebrate the official filming wrap of the eagerly anticipated second season. Given the end-of-production news, the Eiichiro Oda manga series adaptation could still premiere on the streaming platform this year after it was left out of Netflix's 2025 line-up announcement.
Netflix's photo features Iñaki Godoy's Monkey D. Luffy and his cohorts, Sanji (Taz Skylar), Zoro (Mackenyu), Nami (Emily Rudd), and Usopp (Jacob Romero Gibson), in the iconic One Piece location Loguetown. "Straw Hats, our course is set! Season 2 production has officially wrapped, and the Grand Line is fast approaching. Destiny awaits. Are you ready to answer the call?" Netflix states.
One Piece Season 2 will see the Straw Hats crew starting their journey into the treacherous Grand Line, meeting many potential allies and enemies. The upcoming season will not cover the entire Alabasta arc. According to Oda, the story arcs featured are Loguetown, Reverse Mountain (Twin Cape), Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, and Drum Island.
