Many of us, including most employers, are facing financial difficulties due to the Movement Control Order (MCO). Fortunately, the government is working really hard to help ease our burden during this period of time.
One of the government’s measures to lighten employers’ commitment is officially introduced today. According to China Press, the Employees’ Provident Fund has issued a statement that allows employers to pay their employees’ EPF for March a little later. That is, the date of payment is postponed from April 15 to April 24.

The statement also mentioned that the decision is made as a result of the extension of MCO and the effect it will bring to the local businesses.
The COVID-19 pandemic has made it difficult for all of us. But let’s just be patient and pray that it ends soon.
