Where to shoot?
Outdoors
- Find a location with colourful, vibrant background like the fields or a beach. OR

Here are some tips to get your perfect shots.
1- Keep your eyes open

It's tough not to squint with the sun in your face! Try these:
- Close your eyes & stare at the sun for 5 seconds. Open them & they'll be adjusted to the light. OR
- Stand with the sun behind you & hold a paper towel in front your face but out of the frame. You'll project the light onto your face.
2- Turn to the sun

I mean, your whole face & body COMPLETELY! You want YOU to be the highlight of the picture. Not drowning in some shadows!
3- No eyebags

You won't want shadows under your eyes. That's not pretty! So, do this instead:
- Turn to your best side. And, make sure your chin is facing up & towards the sun!
4- A little shadow is ok

If you can't escape the shadows, use them to frame the shot. Make sure enough light still hits your facial features & body section so that they stand out.
5- Touch-up your face

Before shooting, apply a little highlighter to your cheekbones & the tip of your nose. And, some lip gloss too! They'll reflect so good in the sun & enhance your facial features!
