MySejahtera Preparing For Overseas Travel? One More Step After Update

We've previously talked about updating MySejahtera to the latest version so that you can now display all the important information on the front page of the app. If you haven't seen that yet, you can click here. Long story short - update your MySejahtera!

Turns out, there is one tiny update that we have missed. It's not important for daily use, but it seems to play a part in allowing for overseas travel in the future (whaaaaaat?)

For those of us who have been vaccinated, we know that we can display a QR code for our vaccinations. But, after the latest update, there are some extra steps you'll have to take to get there! Here's how:

1. Head over to "Profile" in the MySejahtera app.

2. Scroll down to the digital certificate and tap "Show QR".

3. A prompt will ask you to update your details, tap "Take me there".

4. Update your "Date of Birth".

The next part is optional, but according to the app, you'll need your passport information in the app in order to travel overseas (exciteddddd). It doesn't hurt to fill it up right now!

Lastly, you'll have to close the app and reopen it to be able to access your vaccination QR code. That's it! So, take 2 minutes to do it now and share this to your friend's and family!
