However, we're not all born with great confidence, or at least raised with it. This evidentially affects many in more ways than one, and may stand in the way of complete success.

Whether they look or seem better off, each and every person fights their own demons. They aren't better than you and you aren't better than them.

You're doing good, because every new day, is another day you're fighting. Remind yourself that and don't sell your efforts short.

Pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, it will push you to become braver and confidence will slowly follow behind.
4. Get fit and dress well
When you love what you see in the mirror, you'll wear that love as you waltz out into the world. Confidence shall shine through.
5. You can make mistakes
Making mistakes doesn't mean you're flawed, it means you're normal, it means space to learn, grow and improve.
6. Lessen the planning, increase the action
The more you plan something, the higher the anxiety gets. Don't overthink so much and just get things done.
7. Believe in you
Even if that means you're lying to yourself, so be it. You've got to fake it till you make it after all.
8. Jump without looking sometimes
