Based on a video gone viral, an anonymous woman was physically assaulted out of a car by her driver, when she asked him to take a non-tol route.
The situation escalated when the driver forcibly removed her from the car, after she asked him to take the non-tol route for their drive.
Before the incident went down, the customer reported the driver's rude behavior to the company; InDrive. The driver received the report and went forth and forced her out of the car.
She quickly made the video go viral, and was posted on Instagram.
InDrive has since released a statement acknowledging the incident. The driver has been fined RM2,000 and suspended from the company.
