Steps:
1- Fold/pinch the extra fabric on your bottom hem vertically. You'll get a tuck in front.
2- As you hold the tuck in place, rolling the hem up twice.

Steps:
1- Fold the bottom hem up to where you want your cuff to sit. But, make it an inch higher.
2- Roll up the fold once on its lower end.
3- Fold the bottom hem downwards so the inside of your jeans doesn't show.
