How much weight you gained during this quarantine. Don't be mad or worry, you would get back into shape again! As a super model, Sanne Vloet always was in busy, she flight a lot, did photoshoot everyday. The first week of quarantine, she was feeling weird on the transition road from being busy to so relax and free.
When quarantine stared, she just followed her boyfriend, ate everything without control. When she finally felt guilty and need to changed her life, she have already gained about 5kg weights. That's a lot, right?
She want to feel good again, to get back into shape. She have mentioned 3 important things if you want to be heartier or you want to switch to a healthy life style.
These are the things:
1 Movement
Move more, try to increase your daily movement. You can invite your close friend or family, workout together, to be more motivated. Stay motivated and live healthier lifestyle. If you don't what kind of workout to do, you can tried Sanne's workout that she shared on her YOUTUBE channel. Is not that hard to do, she have shared the begginer version workout and normal workout.
When you just start your workout, don't try too hard workout. Start by doing some an aerobic workout like walking or running. When you feel like your body is enough or ready to do strength version workout at the time. It is time to strength your workout version.
When you feel tired on the day, do some easy workout like pilates workout. When you feel more energy, you can push a little bit. Listen to your body, don't push yourself too hard on workout. It is better to workout 3-4 times per week, and take few days rest.
2 Nutrition
80% nutrition, 20% workout. A person can change their body composition through diet alone, without workout. Workout is important but nutrition is most important. You are what you eat. To eat more nutrition food, she started to eat home cook meal, she mostly cooking herself. Most foods from the restaurant is delicious and taste good, but they are made from heavy oils and heavy salt. It is better to make food yourself, because home cook meal is more healthy then outside food. If you love to cook that not a hard part.
It is better to make veggie food, get organic stuff. This doesn't mean you could not eat meat, you can, but please get yourself more nutrition food.
It is fine if you want to eat some snack, but just control the portion of the snack. If you are craving some things to eat, but you are on a very serious diet, try to make some healthy snack (protein bar, salad), to satisfy your stomach and hunger.

Protein is an important nutrient to make you either lose weight or gain muscle. Protein can help to boost your metabolism, lose your body fat without losing muscle. Make sure to get enough protein from either chickpea, egg white or chicken breast.
In conclude, do eat when you felt hunger, but choose healthier option rather than junk food and fast food!
3 Mental well being and self-love
It is a big part to keep mental well if you want to keep your body shape. If you are feeling stressed, anxious, not feeling well, not motivated, than you could not lose weight. When you not feeling well, everything you did are just like you are pushing yourself to do something you don't like. You mental is connected with your whole body.
Try to find some little purpose or something fun that could help you stay away from anxiousness. May be make a little schedule, write down things you are interesting to do (baking, photoshoot, workout....)
Don't feel guilty when you want to rest, please don't be too stress to yourself. Reward yourself for reaching your goals.
