They say that customers are always right, or do they? On a recent case of Eid fiasco in Malacca, a seller's partially uncooked lemang has landed both him and the customer in hot waters.

As adamantly denied by the seller, there was no such thing of the elderly man's "uncooked" claims, hence there was no need for an exchange.
However, the confrontation then took a U-turn which escalated into a physical assault. The customer is believed to have sustained cuts on his ear and hand.
With the fiasco making rounds on social media, Twitterzens are pointing out that perhaps there were two sides to the story.
They also noted that the customer's provoking act may have triggered the assault in the first place.
However, there was no need for the the seller to resort to such an aggression.
What do you think?
