Feeling lazy and the need to procrastinate when there is plenty to do, is a disease most don't know how to recover from.
Difficult as it may be, besides just learning how to overcome it, there isn't much anyone can do.
That being said, we found the 7 different types of laziness one may face, in order to better understand where do we go from there. Check it out below.
1. Confusion
This type of laziness happens when every part of you just goes 'I don't know what to do'.
2. Lethargy
You feel tired and not up for doing anything in particular, in other words 'I'm too tired, I don't have the energy'.
3. Neurotic fear
Maybe from traumatic experiences, your flight response is stronger than your fight, 'I just can't'.
4. Fixed mindset
Setting some type of perspective in your mind, without understanding that unlearning and relearning is possible, 'I'm afraid I'll fail or look stupid'.
5. Regret
The most frustrating of the few, 'I'm too old to start now, it's too late'.
6. Identity
Whether you believe it or not, there is a voice within saying 'I'm just a lazy person'.
7. Apathy
When you reach to a point of your laziness where you go 'I just don't care about anything'.
All pretty realistic types of laziness, it is important to remember these few things, should you ever find yourself in those scenarios.
It's okay to take a break if you're tired or drained out, don't ever give up, be stronger than your fears, do not be afraid of learning new things, it's never too late and tell any naysayer (yourself included) to shut the f*ck up.
Then you'll be good to go.
