The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is expected to announce the dividend rate for 2024 this Saturday (March 1st)!
The Star quoted sources said that the CPF Board is expected to increase its dividend rate in 2024 due to strong investment performance.
Analyst also predict that the dicidend rate for traditional savings accounts may reach 6%, while the dividend rate for Islamic savings accounts is expected to be 5.6%.
In addition, it was reported earlier that Second Finance Minister Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah revealed that the EPD dividend rate will be encouraging.
He pointed out that the EPFs performance in the first three quarters of last year was encouraging, with investment income reaching RM57.5 billion, better than the same period last year.
