How to make brownies that are dense and have fudgy middles? Follow this recipe and you will know! (>.v)
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate - 140g
Instant black coffee powder - 1g
Butter - 110g
Egg - 3
White sugar - 120g
Plain flour - 100g
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine diced butter, dark chocolate and coffee powder.
2. Melt in a microwave oven for 1 minute, the chocolate is still visible but already softened at this stage.
3. Whisk the mixture with an egg whisk until the chocolate melts completely.
4. In another bowl, mix the eggs and sugar. Stir well.
5. In a cup, mix the flour, salt and cocoa powder. Stir well.
6. Pour the egg mixture and powder mixture into the chocolate mixture bowl.
7. Gently stir the mixture with a cake scraper until no powder can be seen. Be careful not to overmix it.
8. Grease a pan with butter or line it with parchment paper, then pour in the batter. Smooth and flatten the surface with a spatula.
9. Preheat oven at 350F, then put in the batter and bake for 20 minutes.
10. Cut the brownie when it cools down.
